CHi:KHo
October 2004 – March 2005CHi:KHo was a one year collaboration between four partners: CIDA, University of Genoa, Italy, the Kedainiai Regional Museum, Kedainiai, Lithuanian and NF API Plovdiv, Bulgaria and funded by Euro 2000 to create an interactive educational cultural heritage game for young people aged 11-18 years.
CHI:KHo
aimed to increase awareness among young people of the shared cultural
heritage of Europe through innovative uses of modern technology, and
promote and enhance understanding of citizenship, cultural heritage and
migration across Europe.
The
CHi:KHo Game is an educational tool for teachers and youth workers to
introduce young people to their local heritage and the common cultural
heritage in each of the four sites of the partners.
In
June 2005, the CHi:KHo Game was played simultaneously as part of a
series of exhibitions held in each country by teams of players of young
people drawn from each of the four countries.
The
CHi:KHo Game was created by working with local young people in
each of the co-organisers geographical areas.
