Creating Places

Creating Places AudienceIn July 2003 CIDA organised Creating Places, a one-day national conference at the Tate Modern, which promoted CIDA's Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Newham-based artists and workspace clients in the context of nationally profiling the role of artists' workspace providers in regeneration and the BCIC project.

The steering group was made up of Acme, Arts Council England, Bow Arts Trust, Bristol City Council, CIDA, LB Lambeth, Space, Wasp's Artist's Studios and Yorkshire ArtSpace. Creating Places was sponsored by Regeneration and Renewal.
