In association with Business Link for London, Prevista and CIDA, the Exchange was a pilot project for the music sector in inner North and east London.
The Exchange aimed to bring organisations together to identify and break down the barriers faced by the music sector. On Monday 17 May 2004, emerging acts came together to perform at a crossover Black Music event, showcasing sublime live music and new musical talent. Exchange brought an unrestricted blend of Reggae, Gospel, African, Asian beats, soulful dynamic vocals and Rap.
Artists performing on the night included Adesuwa, Carlton Dixon, Dee, Jay Star, Nickens Nkoso & Kasai Masai and Trilla Jenna.
