Cr8net Past

Previous Cr8net events have taken place at the Royal Institution of Great Britain. 2011′s event was hosted by Natasha Kaplinsky (formerly of BBC and Channel 5 News), with speakers including Ken Livingstone (former Mayor of London)John Howkins (author), John Newbigin (chair of Creative England), Professor Ian Hargreaves (leader of the government’s IP Review) and Feargal Sharkey (former CEO of UK Music). The keynote speech was delivered by urban economist Dr Richard Florida.

Cr8net 2012 featured a host of speakers and keynotes including Alan Davey (CEO, Arts Council England), Ekow Eshun, Pim Baxter (National Portrait Gallery), Hasan Bakhshi (Nesta), Baroness Lola Young and Roger Wade (Boxpark).

Cr8net has always been lively, with healthy debate, questions from the audience, and keen networking. We’d like to thank all those who attended and participated in the discussions, and we’ll see you next year!
