Lumiere is a business support body and knowledge resource for freelancers and small businesses working in film, video and television production. Our courses and events are designed to help you develop new projects, tap new markets and make the most of digital technology.

Lumiere is a partnership between the University of Westminster, the North West London TEC/Business Link, the BBC, the London Boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hackney, Connections, Ocean Music Trust, Thames Valley University and the London Film and Video Development Agency, with a grant from the European Social Fund ADAPT programme.
