heba has three main objectives

haba is a unique community enterprise, an innovative model of training, employment and business support which draws on the creativity and talents of the women it serves. It has involved over ten years and today marries the needs of unemployed women in London's East End with those of local business.

Courses - the courses at heba are tailored to meet changing demands and are flexible, taking into account many women's family commitments. Most courses are accredited with progression onto further education of employment.

Spoken English for beginners(ESOL) - equips student with confidence and spoken English for everyday life.

Industrial Machining - aimed at women who wish to work in the garment industry as professional machinists.

Computer Training - introduces word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
