Volcano Theatre Company seeks an Administrative Development Director following a successful organisational and Arts Council Wales review. This post will be part of the senior management team, in conjunction with the Artistic Director and Creative Producer.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, entrepreneurial, creative and business-savvy. The company has just moved to new premises with enormous potential, and this post will be instrumental in leading a new phase in Volcano’s creative development and social engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to develop a vision and share the execution of that vision with the existing team.
