Oxford House (OH) is a tremendous community and arts space, offering an amazing mix of activities in one space. They are home to 26 arts and community organisations, run an arts centre (including a theatre, gallery and dance studio) and provide an exciting youth employability programme aimed at 16 – 26 year olds.

They are looking to recruit a new Chair to help take OH to its next stage of development. You will help them develop their enterprising social and business model where they’ll seek to make the building self sustainable. Having reshaped the organisation they now want to concentrate on restoring and upgrading the Grade 2 listed building, expand their ambitious youth employability programme and enhance OH place as a hub for the creative industries.

You will help drive this process forward utilising your skills, experience, fundraising, networks and entrepreneurial approach.

OH are also looking for new Trustees who have particular skills and experience in:

• Youth employability programmes
• Creative industries including performing arts
• Multi purpose buildings
• Marketing and PR
