Making Music is the UK’s number one organisation for voluntary music. Their members – 3,000 and growing – visit them for the expert help they need to set up, run and develop music groups in their communities.
They are recruiting the senior position of Head of Membership to contribute towards their strategic development and ensure that they deliver a first class service to their members.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of customer service, membership recruitment and retention, team management, marketing/ communications, digital strategy and service development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and creative individual with a strong commercial aptitude.
This is a full time position, with a salary circa £35,000 per annum.
