This role is an opportunity to be at the heart of the enterprise, gain hands on volunteer management and retail experience and help make a real difference to the future of the MoS. They want to establish a great volunteer experience, and help the Monster Supplies shop become a destination, online and in store. You’ll be working to achieve this through a variety of activities, from organising volunteer rotas to finding suppliers and establishing a great rapport with customers.

You will be a communicative, organised individual, with a strong interest in and some experience of retail, project management and/or volunteer management. You will recognise the social value of our organisation and as an enthusiastic self-starter be able to prioritise your time. You will have excellent attention to detail and an ability to keep things organised, together with good people skills and a way with words. You may have experience of budgeting and spreadsheets and an interest in monsters and their habits.

The working hours are full time (40 hours per week), Tuesday – Saturday. The salary is £19 000 – £21 000 per annum, depending on experience.
