Madison is the UK’s largest distributor of branded cycle and action sports parts and accessories to the retail trade. To support our continued growth they need to recruit a Web Designer to help create and maintain the company’s online marketing requirements.

You’ll be responsible for developing, designing and creating a range of websites to meet the company’s marketing needs.

This is a rare opportunity to develop your career in web design in an already very successful and fast growing company. Salary will be dependent on experience. This position will be on a full time employed basis only. They will only consider applicants who have full legal status to work in the UK.

The successful applicant will be creative, innovative and full of ideas. Good practical knowledge in the use of Photoshop, web programming, web standards and HTML / CSS design, along with a basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL. A working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash (Action script 2/3) and experience with the creation of HTML email templates will also be advantageous. You will need to be able to work well as part of a team, seeing projects through from an initial brief through to delivery, in a timely manner, communicating with members of the marketing and brand management team along the way.
