Switching UP is CIDA’s training and employment support programme for young people interested in the Creative Industries. We have delivered 2 successful programmes in partnership with DV8 over the last 3 years.

More than 100 young people have completed the programme of training, confidence building, work experience and showcasing. Most of these are now either working or in further education. We use creatives in the cutting edge to focus and inspire the young people.
