EAST is a much loved fashion brand. They design clothing for women who love individual, natural fabrics, with an ethnic touch. They are well known and well respected for our heritage, which is steeped in Indian influences and our love for bright colours and vibrant prints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the EAST look and feel and help to develop the EAST digital style guide including screen layouts, colour palettes, interface elements, typography and iconography
- Update key landing pages on a weekly basis to provide fresh and relevant messages
- Use the website CMS to upload graphics to the site
- Ensure product images are correctly sized and named ahead of upload and liaise with the appropriate departments if there are missing images or if these do not meet quality requirements
- Ownership of the eCRM activity plan, planning and implementing all email campaigns
- Design customer emails for sign off 24 hours before proposed broadcast and broadcast on time
- Manage the email customer data and ensure lists are always up to date
- Create a testing program and analyse results to constantly drive increased revenue and engagement whilst keeping unsubscribe rates to a minimum
- Create print ready graphics to support offline activity ie. parcel stuffers, web promotion at till points
- Assist the eCommerce team in generating product content and assisting the warehouse as necessary
Skills Required:
- Degree in Marketing and/or Design would be preferable
- Prior work experience within design, advertising or online marketing
- Strong understanding of graphic design and Photoshop
- Numerate and Analytical
- Knowledge of Flash– Desirable
- Commercial mindset
